• He is the Managing Director of a firm specializing in organizational strategy consulting to executives of Japanese multinationals. He holds two MBA degrees and a PhD in Leadership.
• He is an adjunct professor in the Global MBA program at Hosei University Graduate School of Business and at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) MBA program, where he teaches entrepreneurship to students worldwide. He is also an entrepreneurial mentor at the Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator from Silicon Valley.
• He once worked at several U.S. medical centers specializing in emergency medicine and taught medicine at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He also taught business/entrepreneurship at Tokyo Metropolitan University, Central Texas College, and New York University. He also taught courses in critical thinking at the University of Tokyo.

• 日本の多国籍企業の幹部に対する組織戦略コンサルティングを専門とする会社のマネージングディレクター。 2つのMBA学位とリーダーシップの博士号を取得。
• 法政大学経営大学院のグローバル MBA プログラムおよびメリーランド大学グローバルキャンパス (UMGC) MBA プログラムの非常勤教授として、世界中の学生に起業家精神を教えている。シリコンバレー発の世界最大のプレシードスタートアップアクセラレータである、Founder Instituteの公式起業家メンターも務めている。
• かつて救急医療を専門とする米国のいくつかの医療センターで働き、東京医科歯科大学で医学を教えていた。 また、首都大学東京、セントラル テキサス大学、ニューヨーク大学でビジネス/起業家精神も教えた。 東京大学でも批判的思考法の講義を担当。
